being the adult that i am... i was scanning my cable/ indemand option and found a 21 minute live version on the mars volta performing their song Cygnus Vismund Cygnus live in london, when the caption on the bottom of the screen showed the name of the song is was named Gynus... damn you comcast... that is all... All i ever wanted was a warm bed and house that wasint haunted
I slept in my car again last night... that brings the count up to three, it is truly a sobering experience, literally not havint anywhere else to go except a small parking lot next to forest park, and you still dont know if you are safe there. There is a place on 22nd and Glisan opening on sep 1st, i found out about it before it went on the market thanks to a co worker, hopefully i can move in there... i do have the money... working two jobs and living out of my car has been incredibly stressful, but the only thing that really leads to is my chain smoking... and i am farely ok with that, i mean by the time i have destroyed my body due to smoking apple will be introducing the Ilung, as well as the Iheart... so i have that going for me. all things considered i am loving portland and am farely happy. my two jobs are awesome, it feels so good to get behind an espresso machine again. i seariously have the best fucking friends in the world here, i have been here for about a month and a half and i have only had to sleep in my car three times... fucking awesome. and in other news, i went to warped tour yesterday. i have to admit, i had a suprizingly good time. i got in free because i was volenteering for the "One" campaign. if you are unfamiliar with one, the thing that i repeated to everyone was "One is a campaign that works to erradicate extreeme global poverty, they do things such as give clean water and access to education to people who have to live on less than one dollar a day" so now you know. the morning was awesome, chatting with people, educating them, getting a lot of signatures. then i took a break so i could see Tiger Army (really fun set) i got my clipboards back and everyone was a sonofabitch, i had a really good conversation with some kids about politics, they were telling me how they really want hillary or obama to win, when I asked them if they were registered to vote (i had some voter reg sheets with me too) they replied "oh we are anarchists, we dont vote" YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BITCH ABOUT THE STATE OF THE WORLD IF YOU DONT VOTE, because though your vote dosent do shit on a national level, there is always local and statewide measures, and that is the shit that you can affect, the shit that is happening arround you... i would like to think that your vote counts on a national level, but i am just to pessimistic. so i got over that, got told of by a couple other people, before turning in my clipboards for the day, i collected about 80 signatures... not too bad. when walking arround a warped i found this band called "Oreskaband" this is their myspace http://www.myspace.com/oreskabandus i highly recomend listening to them, i mean how can you go wrong with small asian women playing ska music, seriously!. then i went and saw big d and the kids table, another awesome show. met up with my friend katie, killed time before bad religion, flogging molly, pepper, and pennywise, all a lot of fun. got beat up in the pit, and katie got someone elses' blood on her shirt always a sign of a good show... warped tour was a really good time, even if hawthorn highs, as i lay dieing, killswitch engage, new found glory, coheed and cambria, and the apathetic youth sponcered by hot topic were there. hope all is going well for everyone Sincerly Tyler? oh and one more thing... Ask a silly question Date: 2007-05-03, 2:34PM EDT I have 2 dogs & I was buying a large bag of Pal at Big W and standing inline at the check out. A woman behind me asked if I had a dog. On impulse, I told her that no, I was starting The Pal Diet again although I probably shouldn't because I'd ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IV's in both arms. I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Pal nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry & that the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again. I have to mention here that practically everyone in the line was by now enthralled with my story, particularly a guy who was behind her. Horrified, she asked if I'd ended up in the hospital in that condition because I had been poisoned. I told her no; it was because I'd been sitting in the street licking my balls and a car hit me. I thought one guy was going to have a heart attack he was laughing so hard as he staggered out the door. Stupid b*tch...why else would I buy dog food?? you PISSED on my floor Date: 2007-05-07, 1:23AM EDT so I know things weren't going well. I tried to break up nicely a lot of times. I really didn't want to hurt you, but neither of us were happy. We were both miserable infact. I'm sorry it didn't work out. It would have been lovely if we had both fallen madly and passionately in love- but we didn't. it needed to end. all of that, however doesn't explain why YOU PISSED ON MY FLOOR and then you left. I called to see if you had somehow slipped. I was hoping there was an explanation. You hung up on me. I'm pretty sure that means you deliberately PISSED ON MY FLOOR i don't even know what to say to that. I don't know what to think. I'm not sure I can protect your dignity anymore.
